Although we don't currently offer the facility to purchase products online, we are happy to accept orders over the phone. Please contact us for more information.

Our postage and packing charges for telephone orders are as follows:

• Gents Shoes: £5.00
• Ladies Shoes: £3.00
• Accessories (dependent on size/weight): £2.00 - £5.00

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can return it within 28 days of purchase in its original box and unworn condition along with proof of purchase and we will refund the product price. This will not include postage and packaging.

If you wish to return an item, please ensure your name and address are enclosed with the item you are returning. We would recommend using a signed for delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for losses or damage in transit.

If you require an exchange, please give us full details of your requirements by email, telephone or enclose any additional information in the box.

Please obtain proof of postage for all returns.
